Haven Housing, a wholly owned subsidiary of privately held and Los Angeles based BH Properties, operates as an investment vehicle for the sole purpose of acquiring and preserving affordable and market rate multifamily communities throughout the western half of the United States. Formally launched in early 2025, Haven Housing now owns more than 4,000 units in 14 communities.
